When some people walk around saying...
- COVID is a hoax
- vaccinations are government control
- I'm wearing the armor of God
And then they mingle in society and impact the freedom of everyone else......
And increase the chance of a 5th or 6th wave....

Yes, then I have some issues.
People making their own decisions is one thing.
Making smart decisions is another matter.
Who cares what others say?

Of course I do, when those decisions hurt other people. So do you.

Of course, I do agree that restrictions to benefit other people should be narrowly tailored and limit freedom only to the extent necessary.
Well, I guess that is consistent with wanting the US to be more like China.

Fear drives people into the Manor.

It's a clear rule, but not necessarily rational.

I know it's the extreme example, but giving a healthy 12 year old boy 2 doses of vaccine 6 weeks after he recovered from COVID invites a risk of myocarditis that is greater than the second dose's benefit. Myocarditis is not the same as not having a drink or cigarette.

A pandemic does not excuse the need to cost-benefit analyses, especially when you're talking about mandates.
When a risk is so low that it is negligible that making a decision based on the risk is illogical. You wouldn't consider it rational to home school a healthy twelve year because of the dangers of traveling to school and the risk of myocarditis is probably significantly lower.

No it isn't. The CDC has confirmed 478 deaths of children from 0-17 years of age from COVID in 2020-21. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid_weekly/index.htm

The risk of myocarditis is 37 times higher for children with COVID than with those without it. The risk of developing myocarditis from the vaccines is quite low: In recent months, there has been concern about a small risk of myocarditis after receiving an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. A June study showed among males ages 12-29 years — the group with the highest rates of myocarditis after vaccination — there would be an estimated 39 to 47 cases of myocarditis for every million second doses of vaccine. https://www.aappublications.org/news/2021/08/31/covid-myocarditis-risk-children-083121

Out of how many children?
Give him a percentage number.

I'll bet that is very low percentage and the gene vaccines kill more children than covid does. Government doesn't want to confirm vaccine deaths though. They have no interest in having a verifiable number for that.

"The risk of developing myocarditis from the vaccines is quite low"

How do you know? VAERS is not considered confirmed cases of adverse events.
Covid deaths and gene vaccine deaths are not counted equally. Murder suicides are sometimes counted as covid deaths, but no such mistakes are made regarding gene vaccine deaths. Right?

How many children have gotten sick?

You have no grasp of reality.

The reality is at least 478 kids are dead and many more would be IF public officials followed the insane ideas of you and the other COVID deniers.

How do you know covid is the cause of death of all of those children?

Do you have any idea how many tens-of-millions of kids have died as a direct result of FDA policy of allowing mass advertising of super-addictive corn syrup saturated artificial foods directly to children since 1950? Do you have any idea how many millions of people still die every year from totally preventable diseases? Do you seriously think your government and their corporate masters give a krap about your health?

Possibly the risk from the second dose is lower than the risk from transportation every day to school, but the risk from COVID to a single-vaxxed healthy 12 yo from COVID is even lower than both of them.

To be relevant, your numbers need to:

1. Break down the numbers between healthy and otherwise comorbid children;

2. Break down (on both the myocarditis and COVID risk issues) single vax vs. double vax.

Numbers that conflate categories along either axis are irrelevant to the most important questions.
