So you'd rather have good ol' white racism, yeah?

This is what getting rid of DEI does. It allows whites, who were blindsided by the Civil Rights Act, to just continue disenfranchising everyone not like them, just like they've always done. Only now they don't have to hide it.
Earl and mott are convinced that racial equality = racism
Imagine the mad hatters tea party trying to engage with something as nuanced and complex as the socioeconomic impact of multi generational skin colour based oppression and bigotry.
It’s a wonder their heads don’t explode

Don't you know, "equal" is out the window. It is now "equity"

Businesses like Microsoft can pay a person of color more money than the white person doing the same work and call it "equitable".

so "equal work, equal pay" is out the window, now.
You need to speak to some women, equal pay never even got a foot in the door.
And a link to Microsoft paying black people more because they are black people would be useful so the bs can e officially shot down in flames

Not all people of a particular race have experienced 'systemic racism' so there's no moral case for treating all people of a particular race as victims, and as if they're handicapped.
Not only has the racism been systematic for decades, it's also been endemic (go look it up). This means an overwhelming majority of black people have experienced racism. Every black person I've ever talked to is well aware of racism against them and most can give you multiple examples of it happening to them just in the last week. So stop with the insulting idea they don't all experience it, because they all do. Microaggressions can hurt just as badly as overt examples. No one is trying to make them the victim. They already are.

This is the problem with white privilege. You cannot see racism the way they do, because frankly, you never experience it, not like they do. Racism against white people is not the same thing AT ALL. It's like comparing a mouse to an elephant. You have ZERO idea what actual racism is, even as you continue to propagate it.

Every single black person has experienced racism numerous times before they reach the age of majority. And many more times after that. And no, they're not "crybabies" about it, like whites are, only because they have experienced it so many times, to them it's merely a fact of life.

That is exactly how prevalent it is, despite you covering your ears, singing "la la la la la la".
