@shavixmir saidYes, yes it isn't.
They didn’t single out statements.
All intern communications were requested and made public.
And those “celebs” were just rather clear.

@earl-of-trumps saidSo assume that you had a capitalistic system in which people would be encouraged to make money based on their assemssment of the market.
All I had to see was that many big-wig democrats were heavily invested in Dominion stock.
Game set match, I wouldn't trust either one as far as I could throw them.
Assume that there is a case in court in which one party seems to be winning big.
Would any well-infromed person with some money invest in the winner?
So I am astonished that someone in the USA is complaining that people pout ther wager ona clear winner.

@shavixmir saidYes they did, They singled out statements from Carlson, Hannity, Lou Dobbs, Jeanine Pirro and Maria Bartiromo. It says so in the lawsuit.

@metal-brain saidThose were the ones lying about Dominion for Trump on-air. Duh.

@ponderable saidThey didn't. The forensic analysis backs up the Fox defense and they settled anyway.
You can be sure that each and every alley was tested before offering the amount of money that was offered.
And I would advice Dominion to sue you, just for the pleasure to see how you destroy them with court-proof evidence you collected.
And you could have made lots of money, say at least 100 millionn$ by advising Fox...
Beter still you could sue Dominion, you ow know how much money there is to be had.
This is very fishy.

@suzianne saidThere is no proof they lied about dominion. The forensic analysis concluded dominion voting machines had a 68% inherent error rate and reported they were designed to be that way.
Those were the ones lying about Dominion for Trump on-air. Duh.
After trying to cover up that forensic analysis and falsely claiming it was to prevent people from knowing how to manipulate the software, they needed an excuse for trying to cover it up so they said the forensic analysis was a pack of lies, yet nobody called for a second opinion.
Do you support a second opinion or are you happy with the conclusion Dominion is rigging elections? I support a third opinion if necessary. I say study the crap out of them to find out exactly how they work.
As for Fox, they had a great defense. The forensic analysis said dominion software was designed for rigging. Dominion should be suing the experts who said so. What is wrong with Fox News accepting the report from experts? If they lied prove they lied.
@metal-brain saidYou know that you just named them yourself, yeah?
Who lied about dominion voting machines? Be specific.
You are going on a "they" rant and nobody knows who you are talking about but you.
@metal-brain saidLies.

What are you getting out of telling lies like this? You must be the most gullible person ever.
