And what if China, Iran and other countries give military support to Russia to fight the Ukraine war? Obviously the USA is not going to like that, but it would be no different than what the USA is doing, just arming the opposite side of the conflict.

Well, that's only true if aiding Ukraine is morally equivalent to aiding Russia. There's a good case that it isn't. Russia is the aggressor and invaded a sovereign nation, and even China's own views on sovereignty say that they shouldn't have done that. There's also the war crimes by Russia against Ukrainian civilians.
