Nope.
I can't find any news about that happening.

Probably because every cop inside is armed.

So if every teacher is armed AND trained it would eliminate schools as a target.

One guy did attack the police station from outside but nobody was killed.

There were 150 trained and armed law enforcement officers outside of Robb Elementary.

I'm not saying give current teachers a gun and hope for the best.
I'm saying teaching school/university whatever...should have a combat course.

A teacher who snaps can easily just bring a gun to school.

You can't protect people from situations where someone just snaps.

Suspects who have been engaged in a firefight don't have time for the innocent civilians anymore.

So a teacher engaging the Suspect is better than leaving the Suspect to roam freely and shoot indiscriminately.
