Hey, this is not about whataboutisms. This is about people whose resume has one bullet, that is YEARS of total fealty to Trump, THAT is what it takes to get placed in high office.

Now that the fever of the election is over, already some Trump voters who own small businesses are coming to have regrets. Only now, but too late, they are realizing that the tariff wars Trump wants to instigate are going to seriously screw their bottom line.
And then you've got what this thread is about: Gaetz. About thirty (!) Republican Senators are gobsmacked and generally opposed to having Gaetz as head of the DOJ. Were these cultists not aware of the extreme depravity of their leader? In this case it's not too late for them to act, unlike the small business owners who voted for the bastard.
Now, the list goes on, so I'm feeling confident in proclaiming that here we have another populist movement that is going to run aground just from the infighting alone.
