One girl shot by capitol police. One girl crushed by the mob and the capitol cop who was beaten and sprayed with something and died the next day.

They didn't kill anyone because those they wanted to kill escaped, while security delayed the mob from reaching the floor.
You're making a false assertion that the rioters intended no real harm; the truth is, they didn't have a chance to harm their targets.
So stop using the lack of deaths as proof of anything, especially for a mob that actually brought weapons and a working gallows during the riot.
