Insurrection and rebellion are notions. And ideas and concepts can be illegal. However, in most countries it’s behaviour that’s actually punished, not ideology.

The big lie is that the capitol police didn't let the protesters in. They did. They opened the barricade so they could get to the Capitol building. That is why the Capitol building was breached.
It was the capitol police that helped people get killed, not Trump. If it was not planned that way the Capitol Police will be held accountable for sedition. If they are not held accountable you will know it was a false flag setup.
