What’s my post got to do with videos or lack of them. Do you think videos of people walking across a border are evidence of anything regarding Biden’s policies towards border security or are you having an AJ moment.

But every 20 minutes on the news channels are videos of people from various countries south of us walking casually across the border and disappearing into TX, AZ and points unknown.
It would be prudent, for simplicity sake, to resolve whether it is open or not, so that we dint have to banter aroun ...[text shortened]... think it is open.......is there anyone here who thinks it is not open, given the information above?
Just because people commit murder and get away with it doesn't mean we have an "open murder" policy. Unless you're just trying to change the definition of words?

The term "open border" has a definition - the free and unrestricted movement of people. The border between Texas and Oklahoma, for example, is open. A regulated border, on the other hand, has rules for movement.
How can our southern border be considered open if we've deported more than 28,000 people for crossing it in the last 6 months?

Obviously, some amount of enforcement of the laws does occur, but it is the case that the current administration is hostile to its enforcement.
But let's not pretend that Republicans are historically allies of the effort to preserve a national border, because they are not. The US political system is a joke.
