The problem is when certain people who disagree with what is moral or immoral then attempts to belittle the other side with such terms as bigots.

I reserve the term for those who believe they can tell others what to believe, not simply stating what you believe.

If you were open minded then allow them to call you a bigot and try to convince them they are wrong.
