There are over 20 countries that make up Mexico and Central/South America, can you point to any one of them and say a Hispanic America will be a better country?

I agree, when she jumped at the door and took a round, I didn't have any sympathy for her.
The Capitol Police guard was premature in shooting her, but under the circumstances I understand why he did it, I might have too.
However, a lot of cops have gone to prison for shooting people under high stress situations that were a lot worse than what the Capitol cop was under when he killed an unarmed woman on the other side of a locked door.

That window was nowhere near wide enough for anyone to get through and it was cracked, but still intact.
Even if broken all the way, the hole wasn't big enough for anyone to climb through .......I think the guard was safe.
