This has been understood to give it a plenary power over immigration.
Maybe our Biden critics on this matter could point to the laws he is supposedly breaking regarding immigration that have resulted in this "crisis".

It doesn't much matter what I say about immigration, you will say it's BS.
You maybe noticed because of covid we have one MILLION less people now than before the pandemic, I assume you maybe know that.
That means we will need a LOT of workers like farm workers where farms now are letting crops rot on the vine for lack of pickers but that doesn't bother you in the slightest and now I am paying for my beloved avocado's at two bucks a pop mainly because there are not enough pickers besides the hold up in shipping which according to you is ALL Biden's fault so why should I even try?
