As I said, only the scummiest of racists uses such a term.

I'm really surprised that your upfront racism is allowed on this site; it is a clear violation of the Posting Guidelines.
Me calling someone of my own race a traitor is not racism.

She is doing time for STALKING and Theft.
She was released on probation.

The voter fraud is how she violated her probation.

You're no lawyer.
Probably a wannabe Para legal or something.
One has to be charged with a VOP in order to be sentenced for a VOP. There is no indication that this occurred here.

Just because you supposedly served time doesn't make you some legal expert.

According to probation/parole laws.

Her stalking charge is a serious offense.
She was lucky to be released early with a charge like that.
She violated her release conditions and now she has to serve her time.

I may be a scumbag but I support the law.
It keeps things relatively sane.
Now you practice law in Tennessee?
You've no idea the seriousness
of her charges.........I need not remind you,
every jurisdiction is different here and, I imagine,'
in 'THE GREAT WHITE NORTH,' as well.

I believe that what Contenchess is trying to say is those that spend a disproportionate amount of time desperately "looking" for racism in others but cannot see it in themselves are race traitors. Just a thought. He may correct me, I am sure but?
BTW, I see so many, so called, " Anti-racists" on this forum that are in fact behaving racist, they just refuse to see it.

They do charge you with a violation of parole/probation. That's how they get you arrested and back in court.
If you still have time to serve on the original sentence they drop the violation and send you to prison for the original sentence.
They can send you back for less...but since her whole life has been crime they gave her the original sentence.

That's standard procedure. Depends on the judge.
25 percent of my life has been in jails or prison.
I know more than you.

Stalking is a serious charge everywhere.
Her Theft charge and previous record is why she is getting her original sentence.
She stalked a judge you idiots.

Get real.

Drop the "poor black people" crap 🙄

I don't mind racists. Regardless of race.

I believe in segregation for all races.

What I hate is white liberals defending blacks at every corner regardless of their actions or past.
They will quickly attack any whites but are too scared to call a spade a spade when it comes to anyone not white.

So FOUR white REPUBS CONVICTED of voter fraud, REAL fraud, casting votes for dead relatives, REAL fraud, but of course, they are WHITE.

They got PROBATION and one poor dude gets THREE DAYS in jail.

MEANWHILE, a BLACK WOMAN going through all the right steps to vote and the ...[text shortened]... rds to that effect.

Racist much? Nah, How could that be, it is Tennessee, bastion of freedom.....
Tennessee, like Pennsylvania, is 2 Democratic bastions,
Nashville, Memphis surrounded by a sea of red......
Pa. has BLUE, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and a bit of Harrisburg, surrounded by RED.

Show me, in this case, where they charged the defendant with a violation of probation.

I'll wait.

Suppose you came across a cop beating the hell out of a black man cowering on the ground, what would you do? Hold the dude so the cop can get some real good licks in?

LMAO!

The idea that someone needs to show some disproportionate loyalty to a granfalloon like "race" is a serious assertion only to someone who believes that "race" is superior to others.

You know, a racist.

Like most educated people these days, I don't believe that "races" exist in humans.

Gee, do you also believe that someone who espouses segregation of the "races" also is merely upset with the behavior of posters here?
