If you still have time to serve on the original sentence they drop the violation and send you to prison for the original sentence.
They can send you back for less...but since her whole life has been crime they gave her the original sentence.

P.O. if she were able to legally REGISTER TO vote. She even obtained a letter,
from her P.O. to show the election officials.....Point is that she tried
to do everything right and was given the wrong information by
officials that weren't aware of the law themselves. You contend that she violated her probation but that is not apparent in any information I've seen. She DID NOT VOTE, she simply attempted to register..The usual sentence for this offense is probation.
We have disagreed many times and surely you know that, whatever I may be, I am certainly not a hypocrite. I would be upset were this a white woman or whatever....Speaking of hypocrisy though, why is it that I find myself defending CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN, Liz Cheney, more than anyone on your, Conservative side of the fence?.......Why is that?
