@mghrn55 saidYou know, it's not only that most billionaires seem to be democrats, like Bloomberg, you also have to look at the rich states. The rich states are all blue and democrat.
I guess free market Capitalism is no longer the domain of the Conservative GOP.
GOP used to be joined at the hip with the rich and powerful that ran Wall Street.
I have always viewed free market Capitalism as a form of economic liberalism.
Free market,
Liberal market
Aren't they really close to the same thing ?
Today's billionaires don't really think like conserv ...[text shortened]... he Bill Gates of this world as elites.
After all, that's what the Communists did a century ago. 😛
Meanwhile, the poor folk are all red and Republican, the EXACT opposite of how democrats continue to portray their political adversaries.
It literally is the rich vs. poor.
@averagejoe1 saidGates and Jobs brought this planet to another level. What do politicians do with our money? I say ban the politician and let the captains of industry set the spending budget
Billionaires move humanity forward~!?!?!? NO one on the debate stage would utter such nonsense!!!!!

@earl-of-trumps saidI am very serious...I think take all of Buffet and Gates money away from them!!! I am all about Eliz Warren thinking, and there are some other guys who can't spend all that money that they have, lets tell them what they need, what WE THINK they need, and get the rest from them to spend on our stuff. Imagine being a lib! Creepy.

@averagejoe1 saidIf Liz Warren took this country down to NKorea size, the libs would be praising their dear leader as GOD and happy to know that she has taken the throne forever.

There is a difference between rich state and rich people. Your country may be the richest country in the world but has much lower standard of living than European countries or Canada or Australia.
"Meanwhile, the poor folk are all red and Republican, the EXACT opposite of how democrats continue to portray their political adversaries."
No, dear, that's a lie. Poor people are from all over the political spectrum. Some have conservative values some have liberal values but all would vote for someone who promises to make their lives a bit better, no matter the method used.
There are plenty of people who are in the BOOT: Bush voters, twice Obama and then Trump voters. Simply because they felt the other guy was less likely to care for them.
"It literally is the rich vs. poor."
It is. Not republican vs democrat. That being said, democrats have a progressive wing in their party that genuinely cares about the poor, that are trying to do the right thing, that don't take bribes from billionaires. Republicans have jack, they are ALL whores for the rich. And people know it. If it weren't for the electoral college and obscene gerrymandering, republicans would maybe win one or two districts in each state.
@shavixmir saidWell said.
Couldn’t care less if they exist or not.
So long as if everyone else gets to go to school, eat healthy food, has proper shelter over their heads, lives in safety and doesn’t have to work more than 40 hours a week to live decently... I couldn’t care less about someone being a billionaire.
