Governments were created to protect individuals' Natural Rights and provide security and protection. Your idea that they were designed to be vehicles for conquest and murder is incorrect though they have been certainly misused for that purpose. Nonetheless, you continue to show a profound ignorance of basic human nature; cooperation isn't something which works well when it is forced on others.
