Some people, mostly whites in this country, inherit their success due to crimes against humanity that happened centuries ago. We CAN promote because they ARE smart enough. Trump's kids did not have high paying jobs the last four years because they are smart!
Performance gets you promoted.
Some people just can't do it or are not smart enough.
McDonald's has managers of all races.
Some races do better than others.

We can't promote just because biologically they are not smart enough but hey it's not their fault...🙄
Nepotism happens with all races.
Chinese owned stores hire Chinese.
Blacks hire blacks.
Small business hires family members.
What if we had a complete reset and any advancement or promotion was based on intellect and skill?
You would see the same results we have now.
Wealth passed down came from people saving and over time a house was passed down then a business etc etc.
If people stopped wasting money on crap they could start the cycle for their future decendants but they don't want to make that sacrifice.
Yes some money came from a horrible past but most did not.
