I do correlate going to church with religion.
Conservatives, by their very nature do not think outside the box.

Insofar as my opinions agree with reality, and someone else’s also agree with reality, we will likely be in agreement with other.

Insofar as someone believes all life appeared on the planet in one swell foop about 6,000 years ago, his opinion is at variance with both reality and my own opinion.

In both cases, it is agreement or disagreement with reality, not my opinion, which determines which opinions are right.
