@averagejoe1 saidI don't know. I assume a baby is a human so it would likely have to have been born first. By definition.
You mentioned a fetus, and a human. But we are talking about a baby. We are trying to find the baby in all of this. Did I see you just jump from fetus to human, and leave the baby out?!?!?? Liberal-eze at its finest. But u r not a liberal.

@wildgrass saidWhat if, say, the daddy standing there is of Nigerian religious faith and does not know about or believe in the Bible? Geez.
Yes, breath is the metric laid out in the Bible and used to define life for millenia.
I am SO sorry I mentioned Bible . Darn that King David. You libs will ride the Bible on this one and not be practical.
Hey I have heard nothing in the Bible has been proven!! Geez.

@wildgrass saidFor me as per my feelings at this time there is a point when a blob is considered a baby inside the mother. Even KD admitted it saying do we save the mother or the baby in certain cases or other situations of termination. I feel a lot of the terms used by many here are just used to fuel personal needs and goals not their true feelings.
Right. That's just the medical terminology. But.. are you agreeing there's a difference between a fetus and a human? Generally speaking it's a fetus until it's born.
Legally, the Supreme Court tried to clear it up 50 years ago based on potential human life. It appears to be re-muddled now.
Morally, I don't know. This forum doesn't do so well with morality. Although re ...[text shortened]... long argued that life begins at breath, until recently of course when it's become hyper-politicized.

@wildgrass said‘The emergence of a new individual from the body of its parent’. That is the definition of born, which you mentioned above. That word describes an action, moving from one place to the other. The blob that we are speaking of was the same before it began the emergence until after the emergence. Except that it is started breathing now, and catching up with his breathing sibling, The other baby. For the record, are y’all still calling the unborn baby a fetus? Really weird.

@AverageJoe1
And it is also clear you don't want to talk about the decades long war repubs have waged to get and KEEP power in the US. Now the Moore case before SCOTUS may do just that, legalize the push for repub states to throw out the real electors and install their own and now repubs win forever.
Is that ok with you? I never see you even broach that subject.

@averagejoe1 saidYes. The action of birth and breath are the last action-packed steps towards human life.

@averagejoe1 saidI'll get back to dealing with your worthless lying arse later this evening. I have a couple of appointments this afternoon so it will not be until after those are finished. In the mean time;
OK, King. This will prove it is a baby while in the womb.
Mother pregnant with twins.
Twin #1 born at 1PM. The blob that leaves the woman's body is a baby, referred to as such by the nurses and older brother on other side of the glass. Cool. Baby Bill.
Twin #2 is not born until 3PM.
If #1 is a baby, is not #2, inside the womb, a baby? Or, is there a ...[text shortened]... 1. Why would you not agree with that? We are trying to get to the bottom of what you are saying .
The blob that leaves the woman's body
Your words.
If #1 is a baby, is not #2, inside the womb, a baby? Or, is there a bible passage dealing with that?
There's several Bible passages that say ALL liars are going to hell. 🙂
We are trying to get to the bottom of what you are saying.
Try kissing it first. 🙂
@averagejoe1 saidKing David set me off on that.
My apologies for interjecting the Bible. King David set me off on that. The Bible has nothing to do with this discussion. If that were the case, then we would have to bring the Koran into all this.🙃
Glad to help.
he Bible has nothing to do with this discussion.
It has everything to do with it in my opinion; and, many others.
then we would have to bring the Koran into all this.
The Koran actually backs up your make believe stance. Maybe you should hang-up your Catholic Alter boy outfit and become a Muslim.

@wildgrass saidMaybe you should take a while and put more thought in, that sounds weak.
Yes. The action of birth and breath are the last action-packed steps towards human life.

@sonhouse saidThe answer is simple. Republicans like power, and dams like power. That means that there can be no issue to discuss, and I hate it because I love a good discussion.
@AverageJoe1

Surely you do not suggest that only Republicans want power, and that the dems are not interested in having power.? Hello?

@wildgrass saidHa, now you drag you in the phrase human life. You Libs sure can dance.🕺
Yes. The action of birth and breath are the last action-packed steps towards human life.

@wildgrass saidIt would help if you actually commented on the things posted towards your comments for conversation/ debate. You just keep saying the same thing with nothing in return. Weak is what it was, nothing personal?
A productive comment. Really moved the debate forward.

@jj-adams saidA dozen libbies over a plethora of righties ??
Is a great microcosm of Right v left...Conservative v liberal,,,,,,,Republican v democrat.......you know, the thing, man...
I notice it's been the same dozen or so libbies versus a plethora of righties over the last 20 years.
Hilarious !!
Oh that's right. You think the conservative movement is expanding, not shrinking.
Ok. Carry on. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
