Same with the US, which typically outspends all other countries on foriegn aid, including China, on both western and non-western nations. This in no way excuses U.S. human rights abuse the way you believe China's aid absolves them of theirs.

You're using this as a defense of of China? That since the *victims* of China's bullying do the same (in relation for siding with their oppressors) it must've been okay for China to do so?

Bringing up actions from the KMT (originally a Chinese political party) is dishonest. This is the same Chinese party responsible for bringing the White Terror on Taiwan, in addition to persecuting Chinese citizens. We discussed this only a few weeks ago, so you should know this. Blaming actions of the KMT (who is still pro-China) on Taiwan is not an honest tactic.
