Biology can and do affect merits. Ignoring this can lead to bad decisions.

The Democratic party made that error. Kamala Harris was not fit to lead America. People who hated Trump, still voted for him because they do not want a woman in the driver seat. They are correct. Do not underestimate the critical differences between men and women.
