How did he get on the roof? I heard he used a ladder. Did he bring that ladder with him? Was he driving a truck? How do you carry a ladder all the way from a truck to a building so you can get on the roof without being seen? Then when someone sees you on the roof it is not the secret service even though that is supposed to be their job.
