So you now know the mind of your orange Jesus. Tell me how you know that.
Uh, are you responding to a post of mine? Which one? You do not click the quote button, so, I do not understand your post. Your post is wasted, it is in an abyss.

Everything. How more clear can I make it?

Why do you not tell us what you would think if Trump implemented the loan forgiveness program or whatever it is called?
You do not find any fault that Biden did it. Would you find fault if Trump would or would have done it?
He only cares about the rich, i.e. himself and others like him, not the struggling.

Me? I would think that that would be obvious. No president should have such power of such expenditure without congress' approval. Not Biden nor Trump. That is the law. SCOTUS had to tell that to all of us. We get that.
So I have answered your question. Will you answer mine?
You'd probably push for him to get the money, "It's the least we owe him", or some such.

Like Tribute to a king.

No, no, no,,....the question is would the liberals on this forum be agreeable if President Trump take billions of dollars, as does Biden, for student loans.
They agree that Biden could do it (Marauder actually said it would not cost anything), and I am asking if it would be OK if Trump did it.

Sorry I have not made my question clear!

I said you'd be glad to spend the money if you could give it to your King.

All due respects, you are speaking about me again. I am hardly going to ramble on about Shouse personally, I would think it more interesting to ask posters questions.
I am happy to announce that Shav on another thread is about to key in on an issue, the one about allowing Biden to dictate about spending billions on tuitions. He sees the issue now, that we want to know if you all would like for Trump to be able to dictate (there is that word!!) the expenditure of funds without congressional approval. Shav sees now that that is what Biden did. It is illegal.

I thought, according to you and the anti-democracy justices on the Supreme Court, that the President was above the law?

You speak out of both sides of your mouth here, kemosabe.

A try by Sue to deflect, and frankly, she still employs the 'ole personal gambit. There is a factual question on the table, explore and experiment with it. Please. We are all searching here. Be the Sage!!

Sue, and I am serious here, I have almost forgotten the issue myself with all this fluff you keep throwing out.

Pretend it is not Biden and Trump. Let us say that Joe Blow in his official capacity tries to spend treasury money which is illegal. All of his constituents say
""Go ahead, we feel sorry for these college graduates, pay off their loans". But,
Joe Blow does not get approval from the town Board. He is dictating.
But THEN, a new fellow/girl takes the position, Rosanne Rosannadana, and decides to do the same thing on another pet project. No one likes her personality, and they post up against her actions.
How do you square their allowing Joe Blow to do it, but they try to stop Rosanne Rossannadana from doing it?

So they let it be delayed again so the actual court case won't happen till after the election in November so they once again show just how biased the supposedly unbiased SCOTUS is supposed to be, 5-3 with dissenting opinions.
Trump has and I quote, 'Presumptive' immunity for official acts and any evidence in the Jan 6 case cannot be included in evidence.
So Trump wins yet ...[text shortened]... ch they will mightily regret if he gets in office again.

What, no Magites dancing in the streets?
Are you saying presidents should not have any immunity at all?
If you disagree with the decision that is fine. You have a right to that opinion. I just want to know what you specifically disagree with?

Does it set a horrible precedent?

Fun to see how SHOuse will discombobulate your question. At least he may avoid getting personal like Sue does.
A simple question of fact to delve into the liberal mind, but alas, to be lost in the wind. The Wind of Sonhouse.
He won't answer. Oh, he will expound tomes, but he will not answer. Your question is not about.Trump, so at least he will not be writing about Trump. haha

Are you kidding? You think it is just FINE to completely and fundamentally change the power of the president to now EXACTLY the same now as Putin where the POTUS can assassinate ANYONE and call it an official act? How could that POSSIBLY be a good thing? SCOTUS has LITTERALLY made first Biden RIGHT NOW a king and if Trump gets in or if Biden wins again, it is KING BIDEN.
I guess you have no problem with turning our democracy into a kingdom which is what the founding fathers fought to get independence from kings.
One reason for limiting the power of the president is to protect the lower classes from presidential abuse which is what kings do every day, when kings have real power, and SCOTUS has done exactly that.
Those SCOTUS members who said yes to Trump immunity is the result of DECADES of ultrarightwingnuts gaining power and when Trump installed those three judges to the supreme court, that set the stage for the Heritage foundation to do their dirty work.
If you never heard of that POS organization, they want to take over the US completely and literally turn the US into a Christianized version of Iran, and that has already started with the law in Louisiana forcing the 10 commandments to be posted in every public school there,

The US has FUNDAMENTALLY been changed for the FAR worse and the only remedy is to keep Trump out of office AND get enough of a majority to put POTUS power limits directly into the constitution, if that doesn't happen we will LITERALLY be just another banana republic where the king can put anyone in jail with ZERO accountability.
Or disappear people EXACTLY like what Putin did, is doing and WILL keep doing in the future.
Trump would be a thug EXACTLY like Putin and there is no mistake about that.
He didn't even have to fix things to become a king like he wanted all along, SCOTUS did that with one ruling.
It is LITERALLY the darkest day in American history, MUCH worse than the civil war.

Trump WILL be a king if he is reelected and all you are worried about is him spending 600 bil to help out college kids?
If he is a king for real JUST LIKE BIDEN IS RIGHT NOW, that would be the last thing on Earth he would do, or did you not notice he is after power pure and simple and to use that power to the detriment of the average citizen, where our rights would be GONE, LITERALLY gone, no protests, anyone he considers an opponent, or criticize him WILL be thrown in jail JUST LIKE PUTIN.
Or they just magically disappear ALSO just like Putin.
You have no idea how low this makes the US RIGHT NOW.
This is LITERALLY the darkest day in US history, FAR worse than even the civil war.
What do you think the founding fathers were fighting in the making of America?
To be a land where the average citizen cannot be abused by the misuse of presidential power, where we proclaim NOBODY is above the law.
Do you seriously thing there would be a way now if Trump is reelected to stop him from abusing his power which he would do on DAY ONE, and DAY TWO to the rest of his life because he would make sure there would BE no real elections, JUST LIKE IN RUSSIA.

And you think this is a good thing?
You are one sick SOB if you think so.
