@averagejoe1 saidLiterate people? People who can spell "communist"? People who don't "could just scream" on a regular basis? People who don't lapse into multiple exclamation and quotation marks every fourth post or so?
Looking dumb to whom? Coummunists? Socialists? Donkeys?
To whom?
@earl-of-trumps saidHah! No.
Bill Gates(Microsoft) and Steve Jobs(Apple) did more than just electrify the world with their businesses/products.
They also created more high paying jobs in this world than anyone in history, and the world governments prospered, too.
As a programmer and occasional sysadmin, who has to deal with the outfall from those two's corruption - very much no.
And don't get me started on Alan @&#* Sugar, either.
@athousandyoung saidHow soon they forget...
Funny how both of those companies are headquartered on the liberal West Coast can you imagine giants of computing coming out of Kansas or Arkansas?
Gateway was cow-branded because it started in Iowa.
Borland, granted, started in Denmark, but ended up in Texas.
(IBM doesn't count. It's not on the west coast, but New York is hardly a bastion of Little Americanism.)

@metal-brain saidEcon 101.; Maximize profits by keeping expenses down. Salaries/wages are expenses. How many paragraphs do you want to expound common sense. Pay workers adequately to keep their talents, and bonuses based upon performance. That is the deal.
Does that mean you do not pay your employees the least amount of money you can to maximize profits? Do you offer them any form of profit sharing at all? Some employers do to a limited extent, usually in increments to reward long term loyalty. Do you?
I think in liberal-eze you approach it as if it is my goal to be sure he makes enough to support his family. That is not it. Contrare', he needs to make it HIS goal to get ahead, to be successful. This one paragraph is perfect to show the diff in libs and conservatives in a capitalistic society .
Meanwhile, as I recognize real talent, I make an employee/ associate a partner. If I run a corporation, I give them shares in the business, which qualifies as a 'form of profit sharing'.

@averagejoe1 saidI teach my kid to line oxygen wasting capitalist rednecks, like you, against a wall and to shoot them for humanity’s sake.

@shallow-blue saidI see your 4 question marks, 4 quote marks??? Rest, man. And so silly to point out mistype in coummunist. Tell us all that you have never mis-typed a word. Is that you, Suzianne?
Literate people? People who can spell "communist"? People who don't "could just scream" on a regular basis? People who don't lapse into multiple exclamation and quotation marks every fourth post or so?
So what is the point of your post? Other than aspersions.

@shallow-blue saidShallow let's it slip that he works for a mean corporation. Hypocrite city. There is a lot of wisdom in the saying.."Have you ever asked a poor person for a job?"
Hah! No.

Shallow and comrades often chide and hate corporations, but yet accept money from them. Suzianne would say that the corporations are making money on your backs.
What a mess you weenies are.

@shavixmir saidYou apparently take issue with my post? What different should I, as an employer, do?
I teach my kid to line oxygen wasting capitalist rednecks, like you, against a wall and to shoot them for humanity’s sake.
@averagejoe1 saidNothing. I’m just saying that communists teach their children to shoot you.
You apparently take issue with my post? What different should I, as an employer, do?
@averagejoe1 saidIlliterate as ever, yet presuming to run a business. Which is it, joey-boy? Are you a corporate genius, or a country moron? You can't be both, as you pretend to be!

@averagejoe1 saidYou've tried this before. We're not Republicans, so you cannot scare us as if we were geese. Going "boo" only makes you sound like you still believe in ghosts, as you did when you were five.
BOO!

@shallow-blue saidTo you, maybe. Not to everyone.

@shallow-blue saidWhat issues of programming or system administration do you have to deal with which exemplify the corruption of Microsoft and Apple?
