You're not secretly one of 'them', are you? Sympathetic to the dreaded beheaders and Islamofascists?
Speaking of stinging attacks. How did you get your weeny out of the zipper today? Your mum between jobs?

2 - This entire thread is about Iraq and Only Iraq.

The implication of the question of the thread is that we will get fed up and withdraw. So let's just can the clutter. Virtually everything you said in the opening post doesn't matter Except Iraq.

True or False

If false, then what are we going to "get fed up with"? And don't forget your opening plea about your co-workers and poor people having to join the military.

False. I say have a draft, no exemptions a la Dick Cheney, raise taxes, and put enough boots on the ground to do the job right.

I didn't think you could absorb all that. I put it out there, but I wasn't hopeful. I was right.
A draft? You know that we lost Vietnam because the people we sent there to fight -- didn't want to be there? Truth.

Think about it. With a draft, virtually 55% of the people in the armed forces will be Democrats. Do you really think you will win a single battle with that composition? I doubt it.

There is a reason that Charley Wrangle wants a draft. He hates america and wants us to lose. Period.

No, I think a hell of alot besides Iraq matters. Calling the actions of a free and independent press treasonous matter ...[text shortened]... wartime matters, I think, a great deal.

That's what we're going to get fed up with.
Ok. So we are never going to agree on it. To me, you are making a case and a plea to get out of Iraq. If you say you are not, then I'll have to believe you. You know your own mind better than I can ever know it.

You gave up before the fight even began. And that is your right entirely. I get the impression that you want approval more than anything in the world.

This being the case, you are right to join in the "i hate america" crowd here on this site. Most of the people here are certifiable. Enjoy their adoration.

Not true IMO and I was there.

We lost Vietnam because our leaders lacked the willpower to do what was necessary to win. We could have leveled that entire Country in a few weeks if allowed to do so.
If there is nobody left .. we won the war.

Same in the War on Terror. If we want it bad enough we could elimnate Iran as a problem within hours.
We have th ...[text shortened]... out of him.
Get in your bunker because a fightened Liberal may blow the whole damn thing up.
Why did the leaders lose courage? Because of the returning dems who joined Veterans Against The War and the like. It even has a name. It's called the "Kerry Effect". And because there was no alternative news media. It was a lost cause because the commies controled it then just as they do today, with a few modern and notable exceptions.

Well,

I'm off for a month or so. I am going to start planning a trip. Probably leave sunday. I have never seen the Yukon. If I can figure how to get there. I typed in SLC to Dawson in the airline finder and expedia and the others just kind of chuckled and spit out a laugh like ... "Yea! Right! You dork. You can't get there from there! HaHaHaHa!!!"

Oh well. Where there's a will, there's a way.

See ya in a month or so. Or next year. Whatever.
