RISK? are you shhiitting me? So giving tuition money to the registrar is a RISK like buying stock?
So YOU go, here is my ten thousand tuition and you expect to go to class but find there are no classses and the school is shut down and the court case drags on for 3 years and finally you get some of it back, here is your settlement: You get EIGHT thousand.
SO sorry but you ONLY lost 2 thousand dollars.

You get that at horse races, or buying stock.
You don't get that at legit schools.
You pay the tuition, sign up for classes and you attend them.
NO LOSS OF SERVICES.

Besides I bet it took at LEAST 3 or 4 years with Trump fighting it tooth and nail before a single penny was paid out.
He should have been charged with fraud AND pay back at least TWICE what he stole. But because it is Trump, he ALWAYS gets preferential treatment by the courts, ALWAYS.

You missed my point as usual. The part about going to a college with no track record, o history, etc , that is taking a risk. Uhhh, not like buying a share of stock, unless you figure......Oh, a new stock just popped up, Popcorn.com, I think I will buy 1000 shares....haven't researched it, but I am too busy. I will take a gamble. (risk)
You are qiuite the contrarian.

The sky is blue. Do you agree at least with that!?!?!?

It is really sad that someone like Trump got people to ignore that one thing, the fraud charges, in the last century that ALONE would have removed him as a viable candidate but none of that matters, they overlook ALL of his convictions as if now DOJ, Judges, Juries, Lawyers are ALL corrupt, well, till it comes to Hunter, HIS convictions are fair, no corruption there.......
...[text shortened]... that would be because Trump IS their new god and OF COURSE a god can do no wrong no matter how vile.
Why didn't fraud alone stop Hillary. Seriously. Really.

I really am going to come whip your butt. Madison Square Garden has a nice ring to it. I feel like I win 99% of the arguments, I see no need to travel up there, Never Mind!!!

Your thinking does not square with liberal decision of liberals to just let Hillary off the hook for having tried to influence the elections by spending millions, which efforts included the Russia Hoax and her dossiere which she bought and paid for.
She bought and paid for a fake dossier, and did not even get a spanking. Y'all are trying to Kill DT. Two assasination ...[text shortened]... him for president.

Your reasoning does not square with Hillary's......oh, I already said that.
I do not know when the GOP decided to get in bed with Russia, but foreign interference in our elections is not acceptable.

The argument that you can't be punished for stealing a car until a different guy who stole a truck is caught is just weird. Stop being weird. Trump and Hillary and not joined at the hip. They get charged and judged separately. Those two orbits do not touch. There is no 'liberal they.'

The only people who have tried to kill Trump are two Republican lunatics.

I don't agree with finding people liable or guilty based on a single witness' testimony. There has to be some sort of additional physical or eyewitness evidence. I realize that makes some crimes from long ago hard to prosecute, but justice cannot rely simply on one person's word against another. That is not enough. Anyway, he never paid her a dime and never will.

He's not strong, and he's intimidated by EVERY SINGLE dictator. He's the schoolyard bully who intimidates anyone smaller than him - oh I agree, some people think that makes him 'tough.' He's not tough at all. He's a whining, spoiled complainer.

Yes - people should have done their research and realized that Trump was a charlatan, a liar, a conman and a fraud. They should not have given him money for tuition to attend his fake university.

Nor should they have elected him President.

Fraud is illegal, by the way.

He is intimidated by no one.
You miss my point again. I am not 'comparing' the car thief and the truck thief analogy... I am saying something that is too simple for you to grasp. You want to punish Trump for fraud . Right?? (sue says right a lot, looks weird in posts).
But you do NOT want to punish Hilary for her blatant acts. How simple a point.

Would you explain the difference in these two scenarios. Punish Trump but let her go? Spruce? Next you will answer with cages, SHouse does that a lot.

So, can you tell Sonhouse that you agree with AvJoe, that it was risky for them to go to a college that had no solid history? To qualify to go to law school, the law school requires that one have graduated from a college of repute.
If someone graduated Trump U, they would not qualify. What if they had not researched that., and applied for law school. They would be denied entry.
So, should the student have a case to sue the school? They would not.

Don't forget to tell Sonhouse.

Do you know your avatar mirrors that of Sonhouse. Could you go orange or something? You may want to do it before he brings his hammers down after Tuesday!!

If you Dems took a hardline on immigration you wouldn’t have to bother with all this performative hand-wringing because you would win with a landslide. That’s all your party has to do to be certain to win.

Edit: in fact that is all any moderately liberal party has to do anywhere in the western world to win and stay in power. And yes I truly believe it is currently that simple.

FUUKING HILLARY? You keep harping on "I am not looking at the past' when I bring up Jan 6, but mention all the fraud convictions of your god Trump and all of a sudden it is ten years in the past.

Right, so a teenage kid seeing a new university opening up should KNOW it is a fraud from day one?

I was well within reason to bring her up, as basic law and morals have not changed during the interim. You are about run out of straws to grab.
