60 days in and the UK Labour Party approval already 20 points down and “Free Gear” Starmer (aka Two Tier Starmer) is in hot water over freebies.
The man has had around £110,000 in freebies from a variety of “admirers” since becoming leader of the party in 2019.
This is the highest amount of freebies of any member of the uk parliament and almost 3 times the amount of the next MP who is also a Labour cabinet member!
Meanwhile since coming to power over 9,000 illegal immigrants have crossed the channel, that’s more than the entire population of the town I live in, and what has he done about it … well he took a first class jolly to Italy to ask a right-wing leader how she had reduced net migration over there. Right… so what’s he going to do as a result of that visit? Nothing. Incidentally what she’s done is ship illegal migrants to Albania for processing, which is essentially a Euro version of the Tories Rwanda scheme.
Sir Keir’s freebies include:
- box seats at two Taylor Swift concerts
- £40,000 worth of Premier League box seats
- thousands on suits for him and his wife
- £2,500 on a pair of spectacles
The man is a shill, a hypocrite and a liar (but that’s another story).
Happy to see the government imploding after just 60 days of hard left socialism.
And I haven’t even started on their policy decisions and social management
- taking away pensioner winter fuel allowance
- releasing hardened criminals early from prison without tags
- imprisoning people for nasty Facebook posts (yes that happened)
- not imprisoning Labour councillor for calling for opponents to have throats slashed
It’s going to be another “winter of discontent” for the Labour Party and I’m going to enjoy every single minute of it 🙂
@divegeester saidSo you don't know what socialism is either.

Only a leftist can have their career derailed by something like Frockgate.
Boris tried to suspend Parliament to force a no-deal Brexit, but that wasn't enough to can him. Somehow a silly party (and hypocrisy) did more damage to his image than that.
Still, it's refreshing that a politician can still be held accountable like this.

Whataboutism
Resignation
@divegeester saidYou've just described 14 years of conservative rule.

@divegeester saidOh? Then tell me, what are some of these "hard left socialist" policies you claim has Starmer crashing down?
More whataboutism
This is for my own entertainment of course. You don't seem to know what socialism is.
@divegeester saidNobody wanted Labor. Britons were simply tired of the Tories. If Starmer did not know that, he is a fool. The honeymoon was over before it started.

@divegeester saidThe thing about the boxed seats at the football, is that he is a regular tocket holder for that team he supports.

Yes, the boxed seats are expensive, but how much do you reckon security would cost to protect him in his usual seats?
So, there has to be a weighing up. And he made this choice. Personally, I would have chosen not to watch football ever again, but that’s just me.
Now, if you want to look at real rampant corruption, I suggest you look to the previous consevative governments and start buying Private Eye.

Doesn’t Labour have the largest majority ever, or something?

I still contend that Starmer did not win the recent election. The Tories lost it. It's now Labour's to lose, and they're right on course, doing nothing right.
@shavixmir said11 million votes vs Reform 4 million. Labour got 411 seats, Reform got 5.

Starmer’s Labour got less votes than Corbyn did. It’s a freak result which exposed the broken FPTP system.
@shavixmir saidI couldn’t care less if Starmer doesn’t want to sit with the riff raff, it’s the same for every elected MP at every event.

I’m happy he’s been exposed so early, at this rate there will be another election mid term and we can get this lot out.
@moonbus saidThey are more clueless than the Tories, and given their record that is a bold statement.

Their net zero strategy is loonyism of the highest order especially the tactic with steel which we will be importing from India or wherever where it’s produced with higher emissions than the plant in Port Talbot which they’ve just closed (creating an unemployment catastrophe), plus it’s shipped on CO2 belching tankers back to us.
But hey, the CO2 is off the UK’s books so all is well with the world.
