The post that was quoted here has been removedI think people hit that stage at different ages, I have just turned 49 and was always slim, I still am I suppose by some peoples definations, I'm 5'9" (1.75) and 12 st 7lb (70kg) but I have put a stone on since last April when I stopped running (about 4 miles 3-4 times a week) and started to eat more (as I started to cook and eat bigger portions as well as slurp wine while cooking). I have started to run again (2 weeks ago when I weighed myself and was shocked), eating a bit less and trying (but struggling) to cut down on the drinking. Isn't there any kind of exercise you like? I remember when I started cycling to work I was alreday slim but my waist went down to 30" from 32" . I would like to find a tennis partner too but no success yet.

That's not my real picture. It's a joke

Joke or not, what an exceptionally rude thing to say.
The post that was quoted here has been removedI still got hope then 🙂
After reading your guys post and the numbers, I'm in a similar position.
Around 6 feet and similar weight and age. I think you said you are 27 now? 24 for me.
What did you change or did you just start eating more?
In high school/college/univ were you 135 then or less?

I've never owned a weigh scale. I don't fully understand the purpose of one.
When I gain weight....I buy new clothes...when I lose weight I buy more new clothes. Win win 😀
Reminds me of what I do at a National chess tournament. If I play well and win a prize then after the tournament I buy myself a nice steak dinner as a reward! 🙂
But if I play lousy then I feel it's even more important for me to buy myself a nice steak dinner.
Heh, I'm gonna get that steak dinner no matter what happens. 😵
The post that was quoted here has been removedI read that part but i'm confused about the low point thing.
Are you saying you were over 135 before, then you started doing what you discussed and reached 135 and now that you stopped you have gone back up?
What I thought you meant was that you were 0-135 your whole life because of that reason and since you stopped you have gone 135+.
