Don't be a jerk. It ends with teachers using up their own free time to take courses that will help them be better teachers. The standard of teaching would improve if we didn't waste so much time on tests which are intentionally written so that have the students don't pass, thus creating that bogus bell curve.

I got a star on my paper today, so I must be doing really well! Or maybe it was a recipe and it said *stir* -- I really didn't look too closely. Reminds me of a magnet on my fridge: If ignorance is bliss, why aren't there more happy people?

Yes, I've had lots of jobs where one of the people was a Poop Fairy, determined to poop on all happy thoughts and cheerful people. Some of my relatives match that description as well, actually.
