The reason you cannot log in to your previously permanently banned accounts has nothing to do with your cookies or cookie settings. It’s because the accounts are blocked.
You can log in as @ironhorse21 because the account is not (yet) banned. That you have held the account since 2021 and it picked up a two year ban (which is hardly surprising given your posting record), is also irrelevant to your cookie settings.
