You could probably pitch it inside a padded cell too. You can get diamond tipped pegs these days.

I've come up with a modest plan of my own. I intend to knock down the interior walls of my home, rebuilding the interior in the form of a labyrinth, blindfold myself, after getting suitably drunk, and wander about, banging my head frequently but not always at the same angle, this accidental variety surely providing my neck the respite so sorely lacking at present.
