"Join with me Luke, and together we can rule the galaxy. If only you knew the power of the dark side...."
My dear Attilachess, I'm sure you are powerful player, but what terrible price did you pay for that
power? 🙂
And I worry that your lessons would be
Lesson 1:
"I have beaten you like a dead horse. Study the game to see why. Please make your check payable to
Huns Incorporated."
Lesson 2:
I have beaten you like a red headed step child. Study the game to see why. Please make your check
payable to Huns Incorporated."
Lesson 3:
I have beaten you like a mangy cur. Study the game to see why. Please make your check payable to
Huns Incorporated."
Lesson 4:
I see you no longer play chess. Well done. Please make your check payable to Huns Incorporated."
And it is May now, so I sent you two games, 7 day t/o. Crushed you in
20 moves? The way I remember the game, I got very very lucky with a
mad attack that actually panned out. I doubt I will get so lucky again.
And now I DEFINITELY have too many games going AND dark
forebodings about ALL of them (does anyone hear my pre-emptive
whining?). Too many good opponents out there. Grrrrr. Ah well, my
consolation will be that whoever of my current oppenents is the last to
beat me in this round of games won't pry too many points off my cold
lifeless body - I'll be happy if I end up still above 1200!
To the boards!
Doug,
It's also important to enjoy the game. I have had quite a few
lessons from Dave. Each lesson cost me about two rating points.
Sometimes, I go back to my old way of making fast moves and not
planning enough. I hate losing the games but had a heck of a lot of
fun making lost of moves. LOL

Hoping to retain my membership in the 1300 club. If not 1200 club,
I'll play there for awhile.
