What harm are we talking and how are you protecting them?
This man drives like a maniac not to mention the threats he has spoken concerning our daughter. She is nothng but a child support payment to him. He has tried to push me down the stairs while I was holding her, he has assaulted me while holding her. He is not safe to be with her for that long.
She is still being breastfed for Gods sake. Somebody needs to think of what's best for this child. It's being appealed in courts but they take forever and they definately don't know what's best for my baby.
If being a mother and looking out for my child is going to make me a criminal then so be it.

this only happened because the first lawyer was twit and didn't argue on behalf of my daughter. Everyone that's looked at the case can see clearly what was done and that I have every right to be concerned about this.
If I thought for one second that she would be alright and well looked after I would never resort to such drastic measures.
It's already come foreward that one of the men he entrusted with the pick up and drop off of our daughter is a convicted pedophile. He has been restricted from having any contact with my daughter but this should speak volumes for his judgment and the company he keeps.

I have lots of studies and research done that supports my claims that a child of this age should not be removed for overnight visits until trust is built up gradually over time. She isn't familiar with him and isn't accustom to seperation. He doesn't care about her needs, it's only to get back at me and to hurt me. Somebody has got to put this childs best interests first.
Even if that means I get arrested and charged I feel in my heart it's the right thing to do. May god and the courts have mercy on me.
