I was thinking to myself, we should show a gesture of goodwill and allow him back onto the website.
After all, we live in a society bounded by rules but with the underlying principle that a man can change and become a better person when those rules are applied to him.

I dont want him to come back and use a computer again, I want him to play using his own powers.
Also it is CHEX not rex - so many people see my name and assume they know what it will end with without acually reading - that is the joke.
He's not going to turn his engine off and prove he cheated. If he did come back, he would use the engine. Anything short of that would prove he's not as good as his cheating record indicates.
You should contact him at GameKrank. He will deny he used an engine.
