I know ya'll missed me a lot. My attempts to understand posts of canadian people in this forum failed so i came all the way to Canada to make some research on Canadians' behaviour for me to better understand their speech and thoughts.
now seriously, is there anyone from Ottawa here ?
Can you recommend me some cool places to visit...?
Waiting for your feedback!

Where were you from originally?
In all your experience with Canadians, what do you think are our top 10 cities?

I am from Azerbaijan, country next to Turkey .
I have been here just for 1 day , so can't say much now.... will answer you after i get to see some places other than Ottawa!
Originally posted by Azeri guyI've been to Ottawa before, its a neat city. Almost all of Canada's history is there so check out some museums sometime. People are nice too, just ask for directions and just about everyone will help.

If you ever get the chance, go to Montreal or Quebec City. There as much histroy there as in a cathedral in France.
If you like parties, go to Toronto or Vancouver
If you like cold, go to Edmonton
If you like seafood, go to Halifax or St. John's
If you like Canadian bread, visit Regina
If you like prostitutes, visit any of the above.
Originally posted by Daemon Sini don't mind French people or the snow. You can't play road hockey on skates without it. French people make us Canadian. Without French people, we are the "Americans who shiver more"
I feel sorry for the Canadians. Must be tough having to live in the snow with the French and next door to the Americans. :'(
