CIV pm'd me about his ban, and may well have pm'd others. He said he did it to see what the mods would do. I have been pm'ing with him for a while, and I don't think he is a racist. I think he did it for the shock value. Anyone who has read his post's can tell you that he liked to be edgy, and push the envelope. Having said that, a ban was appropriate, 2.5 years is a long time, but if the admins think it neccessary then so be it.

I led the campaign to have CIV banned from the forums.
I have other things to do in my life besides this site.
I'm fairly certain that CIV will be removed from the clan shortly.

People have stated that chessisvanity regularly posted a lot of vulgar information that probably broke the site rules. Alexander Alekhine has stated that chessisvanity is a good guy obviously contradicting these guys.
You are then stating what you think on Alexander Alekhine's word, is that logical?

...the owners of this site allow trash on the forums...that is why i am not renewing my subscription on 2/10 and play now on a site that does not allow the trash that is allowed here...just a few games to go...it is a shame..i liked the site alot but i don't like to support the dirty streets of amsterdam and san francisco...
