Regarding modern day technology, have you ever felt that a device was questioning your motive, or action?
Example: your microwave wondering why you are cooking an item longer than suggested. Or your cell phone getting frustrated with your Google search?
Ever feel like you needed to explain yourself to a device?
(A light-hearted thread)
Edit: or your refrigerator wanting you to close the door because it's been open too long?

@chaney3 saidMy mother once got frustrated with Apple iPhone’s Siri function, and I don’t know what she said to it, but Siri retorted “you don’t have to be rude!”

We are away at the coast with SIL and BIL. The place we are staying has an Alexa devices and a Wi-Fi connected room cam in the lounge. I unplugged the room camera (bit weird an Airbnb host having one to view their guests) and I also unplugged the Alexa.
As I was reaching to unplug it I said “… and we don’t someone else’s Alexa listening to everything we say”. Alexa replied “I only listen to commands following the call out “Alexa” or words to that effect. We all paused momentarily, laughed and were … WTF!!
