@fmf saidDivegeester's hackneyed question game again?
Do you think some people use multiple accounts to play chess against themselves?
Really man, you're out of ideas, aren't you?
Go ahead, admit it.
(Oh yeah, and to respectfully answer your question: Yes!)
Just remember, it's OK to have writer's block and to reduce posting for awhile. Nobody will notice.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidYeah, and the Parkland shooter was such a quiet, reserved boy …
Tyson, a hardened criminal, known to eat his victims in pies, is more likely to infract RHP's ToS than Barbara from Halifax, mostly here to discuss knitting patterns.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI trusted my sister’s Barbie doll, and look what it got me.
Apparently, she has just been arrested for knitting balaclavas for the criminal underworld.
I miss the days when a chap could readily trust a Barabara.

@very-rusty saidI think it's most likely if a player decides to close one account and open another. (Then have the 2 accounts play each other to boost the rating of the new account). On another site I play on, players have a chosen flag against their name and there is a leaderboard of who has played opponents from the most countries. (Over 200 available). There was at least 1 chap discovered who had created fake accounts with unusual flags (North Korea etc) just so they could play them and increase their flag tally.
The possibility does exist doesn't it? π

@very-rusty saidYes, but a tiny minority I'd imagine, as for most people there is no meaningful incentive.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI concur with you just that it is possible to do was the point being made. π

@very-rusty saidIt's possible to eat 24 pickled eggs. Not many try it.
