I am inclined to think she hasn't. I think she probably reads the threads. She may even still thumb posts down. I think her ostensibly inadvertent posting a few weeks ago had something to do with that.

I think it's most likely if a player decides to close one account and open another. (Then have the 2 accounts play each other to boost the rating of the new account). On another site I play on, players have a chosen flag against their name and there is a leaderboard of who has played opponents from the most countries. (Over 200 available). There was at least 1 chap discovered who had created fake accounts with unusual flags (North Korea etc) just so they could play them and increase their flag tally.

Yes, but a tiny minority I'd imagine, as for most people there is no meaningful incentive.
