I didn't want to know the sex of my baby, I feel it's nature's biggest surprise - none other like it. I had boy and girl names and no clothes in pink or blue - lots of other colours to c ...[text shortened]... ake sure he doesn't grow up to be a grumpy old man like some of the guys on this thread 🙂
its never 100% right any way... surprise of not knowing is the best i think... but then i have 2 girls and a boy so i wouldnt know what it is like for people who want a particular sex

That's my one sticking point with the welfare system, i feel as a single man that i'm taxed for others to have the right to spit out kids without a care as towards their upkeep. The welfare system was designed as a safety net for those who can't find work, not as an excuse for spitting out beer tokens ad-infinitum.

well of course tax payers money does help take care of parents whom dont work...

i was one of these for a couple of years but mind you in all most parents lives we all work as i do now and pay taxes too that go to things such as people who are not working....

here in australia even fathers who look after their kids full time or part time with out a job; taxes go to that too..

Here in Ireland, there are a social class of women who think it is their god given right to drop sprogs left right and centre, and expect us to foot the bill. I honestly believe that if no proof of prior/current marriage can be given after two kids, then these brainless cabbages should be neutered in the name of crime prevention.

pro-creating is not something that i do not specialize in...

yes i do have three and wish to encompass more children into my life through sponsoring, forstering and adopting... but personally i would not expect anyone to pay anymore for the life i have lived...

i am working and hope to contiune to work and provide for my own now and for in the future...

i want my kids to see me get up every day go to work and know that they must do the same.... i try to lead by example... that is the biggest thing in my life.. if my kids see me being a good person they will want to grow to be the same if not that is their choice but they have seen it so it should have some effect on them later in life...

being a parent and an only parent is a very hard job... well so my parents keep telling me..

some people cant handle the pressures of working and maintaing kids at the same time.. its a very hard thing to do...

i admire anyone who can and people like bub who has been a total inspriation to me.....

Absolutely. But then maybe they should take the consequences and stop getting kids from random men they have just met. Actually that sounds like a good policy to me even if they are able to handle the pressures of working and maintaining kids at the same time.

Those that cant maybe shouldn't have kids in the first place, and before anyone posts about pregnancy not always being a choice should smell what they're shovelling.

Even here in Australia the government is paying $4000 to have kids ,Now as a tax payer i dont think my money should be contributing in this .

I never said that. I was talking about mokko, or women like her.
