They don't move and feel right? Ok. So? That is obviously not the main concern of the women who go out and get these operations. Do you really think they're interested in how some dude thinks they feel? A lot of men just like to look at them, and a lot of girls prefcer the look over the touch.

There are several reasons why some women are not confident in how they look. The fact that they're fed rubbish is one, but it's not the only one. It's easy for you, as a man, to say to a woman "You're crazy for wanting larger breasts or a labia that doesn't make me puke! Just be happy with what you got!".

There's a reason why women feel they need to "look good" and why beautiful women are on magazine covers and in movies - it's because people want to look at beautiful things. That's just human nature.

Obviously, not every woman who has plastic surgery will get positive results. There's risks with any surgical procedure. Everyone knows the risks involved with plastic surgery, especially facelifts.

I've seen some beautiful fake titties, so I can't agree that they look "just plain wrong". I personally know a girl who went from a small A to nice full B/average C and they look great and she does not regret the decision to get implants at all. So why is that tragic and why is she ill?
