I wish Rusty the Parliamentarian were online at the moment, but I think it might be either mentioned or strongly implied in the Forum Guidelines and Terms of Service -- or maybe some kind of Community Standard has developed independently over time -- but I gather we are expected to treat PMs as private messages and not reveal their contents to others.

P.M.'s are shared have been in the past. There is really no rule against it, but Russ would sooner the P.M.'s were kept that way and not shared. Of course no personal information can be given out as that would be against the TOS Guidelines. I would assume someone's personal health would fall under things not to be discussed. What ever it was I do not believe was good, he told me he didn't know how much longer he would be around without mentioning anything about health but it had been indicated in other Public messages. It has gotten a little quieter since he hasn't been around the site for sure.
