@karoly-aczel saidWhose truth, your truth or their truth?
or just try to tell people the truth and have it constantly thrown back in your face ... 😳

You might want to consider enrolling in a refresher

@very-rusty saidTwice, both about bags in the storage, in one I was completely correct and the Ryanair bitch was being a bitch. In the other, well the woman was technically right and I was a bit rude but I was one of the last onto a flight which wasn't busy and she didn't need to say anything as there was plenty of room for two bags.
Have you gotten in many on flights? 😉

@trev33 saidI agree some of them can be quite snotty about things. Fortunately I've never had an issue but don't travel a fraction of what you do. I had what could have been an issue in 2001 shortly after the 9-11 incident.

I was boarding a plane in Ottawa on my way back to Halifax and one women doing the security check asked me what I had in my bottle of water. I told her water. She said take a drink. I could have refused but I am sure they would have made sure I missed my flight. It was much easier just to take a sip of the water.
I think some of them go on a power trip because they are in charge.

@very-rusty saidBy security desk so you mean when your luggage is being checked? Or when you're boarding the flight?

I counted them, 20 flights this year... so one argument in 20 isn't bad 😉
@karoly-aczel saidOkay so in the first place, regardless of what happens in the meantime, in a few billion years the sun's going to blow up, which might signal the end of consciousness , unless there's little green men out there somewhere, but the jury's still out on that one.
Consciousness has no end. There is only one mind 😵
Until then consciousness continues in a passing the baton kind of way, however...
It depends how you look at the mind thing, it's like saying no human life ever ends because there's only one human. We all have individual minds, therefore there are in fact lots of minds, therefore we possess individual consciousness, and if there's no 'afterlife' (which there may not be) then our individual consciousness ends when we do.
Which is another way of looking at it. I mean it's a nice thought, but to call it 'the truth' is stretching a point, don't you think?
@indonesia-phil saidStretch a point and you get a line.

Stretch that line and you get a plane.
Stretch that plane and you get ....
metal fatigue. Don't get on it.
@karoly-aczel said"The Truth"...doesn't that have something to do with the Jehovah's Witnesses?
the truth.
You want a sample?
OK, I know...
