Man's it's getting harder to deflect the direction this thread is on eh? I seem to remember that in Great Britain a few of the pubs (not sure of the numbers) brew their own brands on site. Am I right?

I did note elsewhere that you had mentioned it but got the day wrong. You'd been celebrating at your local right and had stayed a wee bit too long.

You have argued in the spirituality forum that I am a son of satan many many times. Your fellow Jehovah's Witness Galveston75 has supported you calling me "worse than satan". All because I am a critique of your religious cult.

Now, you are distancing yourself from these claims and making fun of it all as though it's all not real. Hardly "minister of God" behaviour is it? I wonder what your Jehovah's Witness leaders would think of your self-proclaimed propaganda?

you called him by his title, not his name, that he had shared in a private club forum...
he was mad at you for days on end...
i also remember that i couldn't understand it, but, he didn't want that info shared publicly, and you did it to him...
it wasn't long after that, you did the same crappola to me...

and i will not forget that...
And so many other of us are with you also my friend.

What would your mother think if she'd see the kind of old, grumpy
woman you have become?

Are you also in real life a twisted, backstabbing, passive aggressive
sociopath? I thought so. As for me, thanks but I rather be
transparent: I am a clown here and a decent chap in real life. Oh,
yes, and my friends' personal details will go with me to the grave.

I have also referred to him as an "engine" or "catalyst" for discussion, a "big cog" and as his threads being key contributors to the high metabolism of the forum. The forum on the whole would be a worse place without his posting in my opinion.
In other words, the backbone to the forums.

Backbone implies that Grampy Bobby is the cornerstone, the keystone, the upright force that supports hive-mind, the essence, the flexibility of the body of contributors, nerve channel, the conduit of consciousness. So, no I don't consider him the backbone. I guess I have to explain it to you in simple terms; it's the difference between quality and quantity.

I don't know:
1. "Engine" or "catalyst" for discussion,
2. Big cog
3. His threads being key contributors to the high metabolism of the forum.
4. The forum on the whole would be a worse place without his posting..

Sure sounds like 'backbone' to me. Shall we take a vote?

One can celebrate with any kind of beverage or without, maybe just a pasty or mince pie.
