Have you tested it on multiple browsers? Did it render exactly the same if you did?
Those were the requirements. You can't expect every browser to render
pages exactly the same pixel-wise, but they're similar enough.

MS are the only ones who have always done basically whatever they wanted with IE, but nowadays they are losing major 'marketshare' because of this and are now scrambling to become compliant.
Too little too late, boys!

hell. There are differences between Opera and Firefox as well on this
point. Then you have completely different platforms. Firefox on linux is
not pixel equal to Firefox on windows. Not to mention the plethora of
other browsers like Amaya and Safari.
I've learned that the best way to go is to set margin, padding, border,
text-size (using px) and some other values on body * and then reinvent
all the formatting for each separate HTML element (type) using em
values for all of the above. That way I get very similar results on all
browsers, that still works even if there are differences in rendering, which
(like it or not) you're bound to have for many different reasons.
was wondering around in the vast array of pirate dvd and CD shops checking out the approx USD$1 movie titles, and there it was windows vista out in the open for all to see. on inquiry it was about USD$2.50 . a few more shops and a few more inquiries and USD$2.50 seemed to be about the going price. was available in both the local language versions and english.
so if a pirate copy was purchased and installed would one then be subjected to online payments and registration? that how it work isnt it? or have the pirates circumvented this as well?
not going to buy vista as have just downloaded and installed various copies of linux, but just curious as to the ability of the pirates and their motives and modulus operanti. and the easy of degree which the world leader of software can be scammed in its own realm.
