Originally posted by arrakisThanks 🙂. I will probably do this this weekend. Probably Sunday as I'll be up all Friday night probably so I'll be sleeping a lot on Saturday. I may list all the players in the top 10 countries as I'm also expanding the list. Could someone help me with the aussie flag though? I see there seem to be the same flag in blue and black and don't know whether to count them both or not.
You are the man!!!

I'm planning on compiling the top 20 pages at least. And in the next update I will combine england and the UK.
Originally posted by NordlysNah, it get's to complicated then. I'll just have England and Great Britian (right?) as the UK.

Originally posted by GalaxyShieldActually there is no flag for Great Britain (I just checked). There are flags for the UK (i.e. Great Britain (i.e. England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland) and for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. I don't see the logic in counting England and the UK as one, but Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland separately. Either go by the flags and count them all separately, or go by the country and count them all as UK.

Originally posted by NordlysI agree wholeheartedly. Our athletes all compete for GB after all.

Originally posted by NordlysYes, good point. I will count seperately by flags as it can get complicated quickly. The next list I make is going to be much bigger and is going to take longer to compile. The current one took about 20-30 minutes. I'm doing a list of 10 teams on the top 20 pages. Don't need more to complicate it.

People.. Can't believe you don't know what is Great Britain and what is the United Kingdom and if England is a country or part of Europe!!!!!!
Am shocked..
by the way.. we have cars in here.. that’s right not horses and carts.. i know you might get confused as we drive in the "wrong" side of the road.. but we do it exactly for that purpose..
Oh and before I go.. we are just across the Atlantic from you.. not part of the Australian continent.. (don’t let their flag confuse you).
One last thing.. we also have electricity here.. just in case you were wondering.. Geeeeeeeeee!!!
(the English language.. guess what.. comes from England..! I hope I didn’t give you too much information for your system to cope with..)
Originally posted by PeachyTalk about exaduration. I simply am unclear about what countries are part of the UK, is that so incredibly terrible that you have to say things like we don't think you drive cars??? And I know England is a part of Europe, and how many people do you actually think that you're part of Australia? There was no need for that accusation of idiocy, maybe I'd know a little more about Europe if I lived anywhere close to there and wanted to spend the time to learn about Europe. How much do you know about Wisconsin? Probably quite a bit just thought I'd ask.

And why are you so defensive about the language ? You say english comes from there . You didn't invent it there all by yourselves . It comes from France , Spain , Germany , Italy and a few other places and has changed quite a bit over the years . Stop acting like you talk straight out of Shakespeare , and we've f***ed it all up . Do the Spanish fight like this with Mexicans , and the people of various Central American countries because of the variations of spanish that they speak ? I don't think so . Lighten up you guys , we like you over there . Or are you still pissed off for us making off with your colony ?
GalaxyShield & Moldy Crow let me explain..
I WAS asked if we have TV's by a guy from the US. I was told "oh how weird it is that English language comes from the UK tho it should be called the American language" I interacted with people that even wondered if the British drive cars or still on horse back!!!!!
Now after i read all the threads i turned a bit on the defensive side. I apologise if i criticised but come on man.. the questions I was asked has insulted me. People seem to forget about the whole planet and appear to be absorbed only in the welfare of America. The History is there, without the English, You Dear American people would have been talking in German now. Look it up!
I repeat my apologies if i sounded on the defensive side or offended anyone.

English is English, I've never heard anyone call it the American language though. It also matters where you go and who you talk to when you associate English with america. Maybe people just generally tend to know more about america (if they're not from either side here), I don't know why, maybe they just wanted to learn about america. And I understand that there are some idiots out there but there was no need to bring that stuff to this thread. Sure I might not be able to define what's UK and what's not but that's no reason to unload all that crap in here. If you need somewhere to prove how dumb americans are just start a new thread.
