I've never knocked anyone out with one punch, but I did hospitalize 2 guys (different fights), and felt like $hit about it afterwards, as I should have shown more self control

I boxed for a year in the U.S. program called "Golden Gloves" (amateur teens).

I was not bad at all. I had a record of 11 wins and 3 losses.

I knocked out 6 opponents and got knocked out twice.

Both times I went down my opponent outweighed me by 60 pounds.

I quit after that year tho.




They said I couldn't box with girls anymore. 😀 😀 😀

I haven't been in a physical confrontation since I was in eighth grade, about 10 years ago. I beat the living crap out of him. Since then, I have tried to avoid fighting but I won't back down if pushed far enough.

But to answer your question, I have never knocked someone out with one punch.
