@badradger saidI dare say, 8 strawberries a day would cure a lot of the world's problems !
8 strawberrys a day would help repair the damage caused by over indulging in chocolate .... straight from a diabetics mouth

@woodgirl saidWho, in their right mind, would want to be always “under the microscope”? Though I may not agree with his “hanging out the family laundry” we’re I in his position I too would leave the “firm”. What a horrible life.🤔
There’s a pattern forming whereby the younger siblings of those in direct line to the throne find themselves lost in their pursuit of a meaningful life as they get older.
Princess Margaret was an excessive drinker and heavy smoker who spent a lot of time partying on the Caribbean island of Mustique. She suffered 3 strokes and depression and died 20 years before Queen Eli ...[text shortened]... e hides from public view and sadly it’s now Prince Harry who seems to be on a very troubled journey.

@divegeester saidPersonally, I'd take any single thing in it with a good grain of salt. Even in his youth, he was always amusing, but never quite to be taken seriously.
And then immediately claiming that he wants a reconciliation.
Narcissistic, naive and personally humiliating for him.
@shallow-blue saidIn a monarchy, somebody has to take that responsibility, and if you grow up knowing you are next in line and if you have the right mentality, then I suppose it is not so heavy.

@kevin-eleven saidThe very suggestion is more tawdry than any Harry has made.
** I nearly wrote "youngest known son" -- but I imagine Charles is too self-controlled (in his own way) to have allowed that to happen.
I could imagine Charles secretly fathering a child before he married the Sloane Ranger. I could imagine him openly having a child with Camilla, though I'm not sure that was biologically possible at that point. But he'd never have done anything like that in between.

Younger heirs of previous monarchs have succeeded the throne, and done well enough.
Edward is younger than Andrew, and is doing a lot better. OK, a sack of bricks would do better than Andrew, but still - Edward is doing well enough.
Other younger heirs have married heirs of other countries and done well there, too.
It's all about individual character. Andrew has none, and Harry has a prickly one which doesn't serve him well. Nothing to do with being second in line as such.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidIs it all about the money? Or does he want things swept under the rug for years revealed?
I think it's a money thing. (Cashing in).

@the-gravedigger saidI don't see it as money and revenge.
Money and revenge.
I see it as putting all the secrets swept under the rug out in the world for the public to see. We are learning things we may never have known if not for Harry.

@shallow-blue saidHe didn’t ask to be born with a silver spoon in his older brother’s mouth, after all.

@moonbus saidI believe it has a lot to do with people in the Royal family not respecting his wife because of her color. I am pretty sure that is talked about in the book, although I haven't had a chance to read it yet.
