Thank you, I didn't think you could use it at the end of a sentence.

So I could say: leave it as it is?

“From now on, ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I will not put.”

. . .comes to mind. Winston Churchill is said to have said it.

So is wouldn't be considered a preposition?

English is a hard language.

I like sentences ending in 'is' as invariably they are short and snappy.

So prepositions would be words like in, into, near, of, off, on, to, toward, under, upon?

It's okay to end a sentence with a preposition, though perhaps only in a casual way. (Not in a letter to your lawyer).

I have a journalist friend who does anything I need sent to my lawyer.

He told me last time I gave him something to read that I broke every English rule.

He use to write in our local newspaper and taught him the fundamental's in chess, he now plays between 1800-2000 level and runs the club I taught him in. I believe he was voted in as President again.

Biden? 😲

Are you going to vote this year in the prose competition? Or just here for the free sandwiches?

I probably shouldn't be asking about Prepositions in a Prose Contest. Just trying to learn the language a little better is all. I will not discuss it anymore.
