Swimmer

Currently, a pretty successful swimmer is Lia Catherine Thomas who used to be a man but has swum as a woman since 2021. In March 2022, Thomas became the first athlete who used to be a man [but is now a woman] to win an NCAA Division I national championship in any sport. Cisgender women swimmers just had to smell the glove, so to speak.

[apostrophe] S

Using this possessive indicator [e.g. Mary's thighs ... The thighs belonging to Mary, or We gave him a hero's send-off, or This tomato's destiny is to be splattered across Simon Cowell's face as he leaves the TV studio] to mean plural [e.g. "Cherry tomato's are out of season", or "There are too many hero's for me to name them all"; these should, of course, be tomatoes and heroes] is the folly of the lumpen masses, regardless of whether some faceless philistine on the interwebz condones it.

You should, by all means, run to your pal @divegeester and tell him how upset you are. Because no one else cares.

Because no one else cares.

You obviously do care, Suzianne. And you go out your way, day in day out, to make it crystal clear to everybody here that you care very, very, very much.
