I said he'd done something wrong in terms of a moral judgement on what is acceptable behaviour towards a minor - intoxication being no defence.
RN also pointed out the legal side wich suggested one wrong had been comitted and another would have been had the minor not broken off contact with ATY.

I see no laws being broken, nor was there a victim.
